The Glenwood Center professionals are in-network providers for most major insurances. However, we always ask that you call your insurance company prior to your first appointment and inquire about your "outpatient mental health benefits." They will be able to answer many of your questions about what is covered and what you will have to pay. After your first appointment, our billing department and reimbursement specialists will verify your benefits and determine if any pre-certification is needed for psychotherapy and/or psychological testing.
Our billing specialists are dedicated and highly experienced professionals who are motivated to serve our patients and will provide you with specifics regarding any financial obligations you may have. They will work diligently to maximize your insurance reimbursement and, if need be, can set up manageable, interest-free payment plans. Co-pays are due at the time of service, as well as payment for any charges not covered by insurance. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
